Women’s International Parkour Weekend – the video
WIPW 2016 happened on May 7-8, bringing together female practitioners from all over the world – from countries including Italy, France, the USA, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Latvia, Canada, Australia and of course the UK.
This film captures the second day of the event, held in and around PKGen’s London Academy, the famous Chainstore Academy venue at Trinity Buoy Wharf.
This was the largest single gathering of female parkour practitioners anywhere in the world to date, and this film captures some of the amazing energy and positivity that flowed throughout the event. Keep the first weekend of May in your diaries for 2017!
Next up, of course, is Rendezvous – just one week away! There are still single day and weekend spots available. Attendance at the Friday afternoon and evening modules is strictly limited to 40, though – and we don’t have many spots left. We will be training from 1pm-4pm to kick the weekend off, then running dedicated training modules in the evening from 6.30pm-9.30pm on a variety of subjects. Don’t want to miss out? Book now while there are still a few places left!
