This week at Parkour Generations
The weekend may be over, but training doesn’t stop. We’ve got a packed week ahead of us with classes every day.
As always, drop in price is £15 per session (with the exception of our Thursday youth class). Train regularly with us and want more value? Our basic, standard and premium memberships are inclusive of all classes – check out our Membership section for details.
Monday evening kicks off with Parkour Elements: Passing Obstacles at 6:30pm the Chainstore, followed by an All Abilities Parkour Class at 7:30. Elements: Applied class will be starting off from Westbourne Park station at 7:00pm – please be 5 to 10 minutes early to make sure everyone can start on time.
Tuesday is conditioning and recovery day at Chainstore, with Forrest’s legendary Parkour Fitness class starting at 6:30pm, ending right as Parkour Elements: Mobility and Flexibility begins. For those newer to parkour, we have a beginner-focused class at Westminster Sports Academy at 8:00pm, and for those wanting to get back to the roots of parkour, we have Parkour Roots with Dan at 7:00pm. June’s location is Oval, and this class is open to all abilities.
Wednesday is a busy day. Youth Class will be starting at 5:00pm. Meetup is at the Olympic Park exit of Stratford Station. Over at Chainstore, we have Elements: Balance and Accuracy at 6:30pm followed by our ever-popular Beginner Parkour Class at 8:00pm. There are two All Abilities Parkour Classes this evening – the London Met class with Yao runs from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in Holloway, while Leon’s Lee Valley class runs from 7:00pm to 8:30pm in the North. Finally, for those with a little more experience, Flynn’s Experienced Class is on at Archway from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Thursday evening starts at 5:00pm with our Westminster Youth Class. This class is free to Westminster residents aged 7-19, and is only £5 for those living elsewhere. Parkour Elements: Jump Training is on the Chainstore menu at 6:30pm for all those who want to improve their jumps (who doesn’t?!), followed by the main course of our All Abilities Parkour Class at 8:00pm. Thursday is also when our Women’s Class takes place – this week, everyone will be meeting at Waterloo at 7:00pm.
Should you happen to have any energy left by Friday (of course you will), Hector will be happy to make you use it up Swinging and Climbing at 6:30pm and in his All Abilities Parkour Class at 8:00pm, both at Chainstore. We’ll also have our Friday Youth Class at Westminster, running from 6:45pm to 8:45pm.
Start the week right, and may you overcome all your obstacles.
