Parkour Progression Course: London Sunday Jan 14 – Feb 18
This 6-week course is recommended for those who have attended one of our Intro to Parkour Courses or alternatively have prior parkour experience. The Course happens over 6 consecutive Sunday evenings and is the perfect way to continue developing your skills in parkour and movement with the Parkour Generations Coaching Team.
The Parkour Progression Course covers:
– Movement progressions for the skills learned in the Intro Course
– Mobility and strength training exercises to support further development of parkour skillsets
– Deeper understanding of parkour concepts
– Principles of natural movement
– Homework to keep progressing each week between sessions
– Ends with a final session of individual and group challenges to test your new capabilities
