This month is a little, erm, busy for us. Not that every month isn't busy, but this particular month of May is a doozy... We're runnnig several international events over the next few weeks across a handful of continents, and here's the rough outline for what's to come.
How long have you been a Traceur? For 3,5 years now.
What movements are you currently working on? Just being comfortable of moving at height. And slowly progressing by doing specific moves at height as well, like precisions.
What percentage of your training is conditioning? 30%
Favourite strength and conditioning exercise? Abs. Various ab and core workouts.

Parkour Generations presents two days of training amongst the incredible terrain of the Peak District National Park. Discover new textures, surfaces, angles and movements - all under the expert supervision of experienced coaches.

On Saturday 11th May, we'll be offering a day of parkour workshops for The Building Exploratory at the Mint Street Adventure Playground in Southwark. Launched in 1996 and based in Hackney, East London, the Building Exploratory helps people discover the secrets of their local area and gain a better understanding of the buildings and spaces that surround them - sound familiar? The event is aiming to raise the profile of the adventure playground and gather opinions on it's future development.
One of the events we are most looking forward to this year is the series of events we are running in Colombia in June - the first ever official parkour certification courses and workshops in the country, and we can't wait to meet the community out there.
This coming Monday 6th May is a Bank Holiday and therefore all of our indoor classes will be closed for the day. However, our Monday night outdoor class is still running and will return to its original LEAP home! If you plan on attending the Monday night class meet at Westminster Academy at 7pm ready to face the walls and rails of the LEAP park.
