Fitness class – the Chainstore version

“Chainstore isn’t like normal gyms, so I guess it’s no surprise that its fitness class is not like fitness classes at other gyms.”

On Tuesday evenings, the legendary Forrest teaches the Mov’ Fitness class. Focusing on enhancing natural movement patterns and building strength that is genuinely useful, it’s not exactly spin class.

The class features drills including jumping, vaulting, crawling patterns, balancing and climbing. As well as strength, you can expect to develop agility, endurance, cardiovascular fitness and coordination.
