What is Online Booking?

Parkour Generations uses an online class timetable to allow customers to find classes and then sign up to, and pay for, classes that they wish to attend. This system is provided by software called Teamup.

Do I need an account?

Hell yes! To use the online booking & payment system you will need an account, there’s no other way. You can sign up by heading to our Classes page and clicking any class, clicking through to book on Teamup, then clicking ‘Login/Signup’ when prompted. Alternatively, if you attend a class or at the Chainstoreย Gymย without having used the online system previously, our coach at the class will have entered your name onto the system as part of class registration. You will then be sent an email automatically with instructions to follow to finish setting up your account. Simple!

Can class packs be used at any class?

Yes, you can create and manage sub-accounts for children and other people using the Families feature of our booking software. Full details on how to do this can be found on the Teamup Support site by clicking here.

What are the benefits of signing up online?

By signing up online, you can pay for a class using a card or direct debit and therefore don’t need to worry about bringing cash to the class. You will also get a guaranteed spot on busy classes, and be eligible for special online only discounts and promotions. You can also purchase memberships and discounted class packs online.

Do you offer memberships for regular customers?

Yes, we have a number of memberships and class purchase options available โ€“ you can find full information on them at the bottom of our Memberships page here.

What happens to my online payment if I don't attend a class?

Depending on when you cancel, you may still be charged for taking a spot on the class – simply because if you cancel quite near the class you may have prevented other people from booking and getting their training on! If you don’t plan to attend, please be considerate of others and do cancel your booking as far in advance as possible. Or, even better, don’t cancel! You’ll regret it if you do ๐Ÿ˜‰

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes! Each of our Monthly Memberships are based on a rolling monthly contract, so you can cancel at any time. Please be aware though, if you cancel half way through a month, you won’t get a refund for the remainder of the month – your membership will just expire at the end of that month.

Our Quarterly and Annual Memberships, by far the most cost-effective way to train with us, can be cancelled before the end of term but will result in aย charge equal to one month of the Membership Fee.ย 

Class Packs are not refundable after purchase. To manage your memberships, sign in to your account on our Teamup page and click the ‘Dashboard’ tab above the calendar.

What happens if membership prices change?

Price changes will always be clearly advertised on our site and at the Chainstore well in advance of them taking place. Wherever possible, any changes made will only apply to new Members, andย existing Members will continue on their current Membership until cancelled or expired, assuming payments are kept up. If a Member ends a Membership and then decides to renew he or she will be subject to the current Membership Fees.

Where do you run classes?

The majority of our London classes happen at the famed Chainstore Gym & Parkour Academy, E14 0JY. However, we do also run off-site classes, which include our signature Outdoor Parkour Classes and some classes at other sports centres around London. It should always be clear where each class is located, but if not just drop us a line and we’ll help you out!

Can class packs be used at any class?

Class packs can be redeemed on any class that is available for online registration (see the question below). They do not have to be used consecutively or all on the same type of class. Please note however that all classes in the 5 pack must be redeemed within 1 month of purchase date, and 10 class packs within 3 months of date of purchase.

Why are some of your classes not available to book online?

Some of our off-site classes are not solely provided by us, but by other organisations where we provide coaching for their classes. While still open for anyone to attend, these classes are therefore not included in any memberships and not available for online registration, as these organisations will often charge their own fees. This will be indicated clearly in the class description text. If you wish to attend any of these classes, just come along to the class and pay by cash in person –ย  our awesome coach at the class will sort you out!
