London Jam Approaching - 31 Jan

A timely reminder that January's Off The Wall, the free London gatherings, will occur this month on the last Sunday as always - 31st January - and will be held at the Elephant and Castle training area. The jam kicks off outside Elephant and Castle tube station, meeting outside the Shopping Centre exit before heading down to the location. All are welcome, to train, hang out or share training tips and advice or simply to meet other like-minded practitioners. Some of the PKGen team are always on hand to lend a hand if required, and the jams are always fun, easy-going and good training.

Women's Jam: Sunday 10th Jan

This Sunday sees the first Women's Jam of the year kicking off at Vauxhall at 12pm and meeting beside the Royal Vauxhall Tavern pub across the road from Vauxhall train station - these gatherings are open to women of all levels of ability and experience, from beginner to veteran, and are totally free. A few of the PKGen team are always on hand to help out if needed, and the jams offer a great place to meet like-minded people, share training tips and mthods, and generally have a fun day's training in a relaxed atmosphere. Girls Jam: Sunday December 13

The last Girls Jam of 2009 will take place this weekend, Sunday December 13th, and will be held at the Elephant and Castle training location - the large, condemned estate behind the shopping centre at the tube station. The jam will start around midday and go on until no is left standing... Totally free, open to women of all levels of expereience and ability, from beginner to veteran, these Jams are a great way to meet like-minded practitioners and learn from the whole community.

Today, Sunday 8th November, there will be the women's open gathering in central London - meeting at Latimer Road tube station for midday and going on for as long as everyone has energy! The women's jams are open to all women no matter the level of experience or ability and a re a great way to meet other practitioner,s share training tips and generally have a great day of practice. This Sunday, October 25th, will see our monthly London Jam, Off the Wall, taking place at Waterloo's IMAX training location from 12pm onwards (beside the Imax cinema just outside Waterloo train station). These jams are open to absolutely anyone and are a great way to meet other traceurs, share training tips and advice, and learn from those more experienced in a relaxed and fun setting. These jams are not structured training, so please just turn up, have some fun, and train safely!

The Jam meets outside Elephant and Castle tube station, in front of the big red shopping centre, and from there will go to the training location behind the centre. Open to any and all women of all levels of ability and experience, the Women's Jamas are a great way to get together with like-minded practitioners to share training tips, advice, methods and generally have a great day of practice!
