Our Beginner Outdoor Classes are the perfect place to start your journey in parkour, teaching you all the foundations, principles and biomechanics of movement in parkour’s intended location – the outside world! You’ll develop strength, mobility, flexibility power, endurance, spatial awareness, coordination and confidence to apply your skills in any environment.
Make sure you’re on time as the classes are always busy and we insist on everyone participating in a thorough warm-up before being allowed to train, in order to prevent injury and/or undue muscle soreness. Bring water, bring training gear and bring bags of energy.
Please note: this is an Adult class, for ages 16+.
